The application form of F.1 Discretionary Place (2026-2027) will be available in early November, 2025.
Notes to Applicants
- CSWCSS accepts male students who are eligible for attending schools in Hong Kong. They should possess good
conduct, outstanding academic performance and show remarkable achievements in extra-curricular activities.
- Parents or guardians of the applicant are required to complete the online application form. The form requires
the following information:
- Information of the applicant and his parent / guardian
- Reasons for applying for CSWCSS
- Uploads of report cards of the past 3 years
- Application letter (Optional)
- Additional information (Optional)
- All information collected, which will be deleted upon the screening and selection process, will be kept
confidential and only accessed by personnel involved. Applicants should complete the form carefully and ensure
that the response is up-to-date and correct.
- Applicants who are not invited to attend the admission assessment may assume that their applications are
unsuccessful.
- It takes 4-6 weeks to process transfer application. Applicants who have not received calls from school in the
said period can be considered unsuccessful.
- The school cannot supply interview / assessment performance data. It is unnecessary for applicants to contact
the school for results.
Application Guidelines for S1 Places on Waiting List 2025-2026
A. Application Period
Starting from 8th July, 2025 (9:00 am – 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm).
B. How to Apply
Applicants should submit an application letter (with contact phone number stated and document required) accompanied by parents/guardians.
Applicants should fill in the application form and submit photocopies of documents required promptly.
C. Minimum Admission Requirements
English Language – B / 80% or above
Chinese Language – B / 80% or above
Mathematics – B / 80% or above
Conduct – B / 80% or above
D. Documents Required
Successful applicants will be informed by phone. They have to complete the registration procedure immediately. There is no need to ring up the school.
F. Point of Note
Prior to the announcement of results, applicants must complete the registration procedure at the allocated secondary school shown on the Admission Slip on S1 Registration Day (10th & 11th July, 2025).
