Notes to Applicants

Application Period: 2 January 2026 to 16 January 2026
Place: 1/F, School Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 12 noon)
Collection of Application Form: Application forms can be downloaded from our school website https://cswcss.edu.hk/admissions or collected in person from our School Office fromation Form 16 November 2025 onwards.
Submission of Application Form: Parents should submit the completed application form (with a recent photo affixed) in person to the school office within the application period.
OR
Applications can be submitted via the SSPA e-Platform.
*Applications submitted after the closing date will not be processed.
Documents Required:
  1. A photocopy of the applicant’s Identity Card
  2. Photocopies of the applicant’s Academic Reports (P.4 – P.6)
  3. Copies of the Certificates stated in Part E of the Application Form
  4. A self-addressed envelope with stamp ($2.2)
**There is no need to provide recommendation letter of the primary school.
Interview Day: 7 March 2026 (Saturday) (All applicants will be invited to an interview. The arrangement of the interview will be announced by mail on or before 8 February 2026.)
Result of Application: Parents of successful applicants for Secondary One Discretionary Places will be notified by our school via letter and phone on 31 March 2026. The final SSPA allocation results (including results at the Discretionary Place and Central Allocation stages) will be announced by EDB on 7 July 2026.

To ensure a higher chance of being admitted to our school, applicants are advised to choose our school as their 1st preference at the Central Allocation stage.

​​​Notes to Applicants

  1. CSWCSS accepts male students who are eligible for attending schools in Hong Kong. They should possess good conduct, outstanding academic performance and show remarkable achievements in extra-curricular activities.
  2. Parents or guardians of the applicant are required to complete the online application form. The form requires the following information:
    1. Information of the applicant and his parent / guardian
    2. Reasons for applying for CSWCSS
    3. Uploads of report cards of the past 3 years
    4. Application letter (Optional)
    5. Additional information (Optional)
    Incomplete submission of documents will not be processed.
  3. All information collected, which will be deleted upon the screening and selection process, will be kept confidential and only accessed by personnel involved. Applicants should complete the form carefully and ensure that the response is up-to-date and correct.
  4. Applicants who are not invited to attend the admission assessment may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
  5. It takes 4-6 weeks to process transfer application. Applicants who have not received calls from school in the said period can be considered unsuccessful.
  6. The school cannot supply interview / assessment performance data. It is unnecessary for applicants to contact the school for results.
  7. Warning: The school will not collect any new student registration fee via any sorts of bank account. Always beware of any online scams of fake telecommunication accounts.
  8. Application fee: HK$75 (Approved by the EDB, non-refundable cash payment) Applicants invited to attend interview or admission tests are to pay upon their arrival at school.

The S.1 waiting list application has concluded on 4:00 pm, 11 July, 2025.
Personal Data Collection Statement
The personal data provided in this application will only be used for the admission process. The data will be destroyed within a year. The applicant is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information to the school. In case there are changes in the information in the application forms, the applicant must contact the school as soon as possible.
